History

To meet demand from clients for a high quality e-ticket sales platform suitable for events at any location even without infrastructure, TICKETsrv was built for events of all sizes. Our client base has grown rapidly since inception, mostly via word of mouth and recommendations, and spans events from only a few hundred visitors to over 200,000 people.

TICKETsrv was founded in 2011 as a subsidiary company of NCI Systems Ltd which was established in 1993 as a leading provider of business IT solutions. 

Whilst our client base spans the entire UK, our offices are based in Walton-On-Thames, Surrey, with all of our fully secure servers held close by.

The team

Our skilled and friendly team collectively boasts a wealth of experience spanning both tech and outdoor events management. Our backgrounds range from telecommunications, IT support and web development through to festival and showground management, marketing and e-commerce. Heavy investment in research and development is one of our core values, and it is this emphasis which ensures our products use the very latest technology which is continually updated to be at the forefront of the industry.
